Most Small builds are delivered within 2 weeks of receiving your content and brief. Standard builds typically take 3-4 weeks. The main variable is how quickly you can get us what we need, the faster you provide content, logos, and photos, the faster we can build.

The website is hosted on Known Digital's infrastructure, which means the site is tied to your hosting plan with us. If you stop hosting, the site comes down. This is made clear upfront. The build fee covers the design and development work. If you want a fully portable website you own independently, that's a different type of project and we can discuss it.

Minor updates are included in your hosting plan. For anything bigger, new pages, major redesigns, new features, we'll quote separately. Most of our clients find the included monthly updates cover everything they actually need to change.

Your logo, brand colours if you have them, any photos of your business or team, and the copy for each page. If you don't have photos we can work with stock imagery. If you're not sure what to write we can help with that too, just let us know when you get in touch.

Yes, and it works particularly well because we've built the site. We know the structure, the tracking setup, and the content. Adding SEO or Google Ads to a site we've built is faster and cleaner than working on someone else's website.
